Gates
- Is the work guaranteed?
Yes all work and materials are guaranteed for 12 months
- Can some of the work be carried out by myself?
Yes. If a customer wishes to do some of the work themselves i.e running of cables, then we are only to happy to advise of the correct positioning.
Alternatively we can just supply the kit if our customer wishes to complete the whole installation. Technical backup available upon request.
- Is the power supply from house to gate included in the Quotation?
Yes.
We include all of our costs within our quotation. Our engineers will undertake the ground work necessary to run cables from house to gate position.
- What does a automated gate system cost?
The cost depends on a number of factors. But the main items which will dramatically affect the price are the gates and the amount of groundwork involved
- How long does it take from date of order to installation?
The lead time is about 4 -6 weeks however Bespoke gates may take a little longer.
- Do you maintain gates that were not installed by yourselves?
Yes.
We are more than happy to service and maintain gates not installed by ourselves.
- What happens if there is a power cut?
There is a manual override device which allow the gate to be opened from inside of driveway in the event of a power cut.
